Okay you know that leaping wolf I made before hand? Well I made a story for him, and gave him a name. He's called Owen.

Here's a brief summery of his background.

Owen was a wolf who lived in the Edo Period along with his master. His master was a traveling tailor, he went to many places and collected many rare materials for the fine works he created. You could say he was considered one of the best.

He fed Owen and gave him shelter when the weather was poor. In return Owen would give him protection and companionship. He gave Owen a collar showing their friendship and good fortune and even gave him a name. The wolf was truly happy to have a name of his very own. They were happy and life was good.

But one day Owen had wandered off, he had been distracted by a crimson butterfly. And thus the chase began. His master not wanting to leave without him, waited on the side of the road. He called out to Owen many times but his calls went unheeded.

Unease settled into Owen, and he paused in his play. Quickly he ran, back to his master. At his return devastation ran through him. The scene came at him at once. His master on the ground in a pool of blood, the cart broken and upturned, and everything that his master worked so hard to make gone.

Fury took the place of this great sadness and he flew down the path tracking the ones who caused such great harm to his Master. When he found the Bandits he bared his fangs and charged.

The battle was over before it even began. Owen had ripped them to shreds, sniffing out the stolen goods he gently lifted them in his mouth and took haste back to the cart.

There he lay beside his dying master, placing his greatest works on top of him. Smiling his master weakly patted his head, and asked him to take the clothes to someone who'd need them for he no longer had use for them.

Seven days the wolf lay beside his dead master, seven days he howled into the night setting the soul free. On the seventh night the wolf had taken a new form, a demon's form. He buried his master, and clothes in hand he went on a journey to bring justice to this forsaken world.

That's how he became like he is, a demon is what he became. An immortal is what he now is.
